REQUIRED SETUP  1.1

Is there a limit on how many reps I can add to my AdmitHub account?
There's no limit on the number of users you can add to this account. Each user will have permission to add/remove additional teammates. To add a user to your account, go to Settings --> Users. From there, click the '+' to add a new user.

What do I need to do with the Intro Script? 
The Intro Script is pre-loaded in the platform so you do not have to do much. Please just change the School Name to equal your School Name. 

We recommend making a copy of the script in case you want to create different variations of the script. To make a copy hover over the script and click the option to Copy. You can also create a brand new script by clicking create new, there you will be able to build a script from scratch and add simple prompts, yes/no prompts, open-ended prompts, and multiple-choice prompts. 

Do not delete the save actions in the pre-loaded since you will not be able to add them back with this offering.

How many chats can one rep manage at any given time? 
There is no system limit on the number of chats you can engage in.  This limit would only be based on a rep's ability.  Some great multitaskers can handle many live chats at once, others need to focus on less.

I have not received an invitation to the AdmitHub platform? 
AdmitHub received the new request for bots from GTCF(info@gotocollegefairs.com). "AdmitHub generally creates accounts a day or two after event registration closes. If you have questions on specific fair registration dates reach out to GTCF(info@gotocollegefairs.com).

Please make sure that you work with your internal ID team to have the domain admithub.com whitelisted so that you can receive the invitation link. All emails will be coming from the IP address 192.254.116.209 

I click my link and now it says that the token expires and I cannot log in? 
Navigate to mascot.admithub.com to login to your account using your email and password. There you can reset your password if needed and access your account.

Where can I go to see my booth / my booth does not have the webchat on it? 
Admithub does not manage the booths or the fairs; GTCF will be setting up your booth on your behalf. For questions regarding your booth reach out to info@gotocollegefairs.com 

Do I have to log in to different chat accounts for different fairs?
Great news!! Your single chat account will be connected to all of your GTCF booths: log in once for all fairs.  If you have multiple concurrent fairs, no problem.  Log in to your account to see all incoming chats from all virtual fairs.  One account covers them all.

How can I call greater attention to the live chat in my booth?
There are options in your AdmitHub account to have pop-up messages that greet new visitors.  You can change the chat to be your logo color or a color that you think is more attention-grabbing.  You can also lengthen the chat ‘bubble’ from a simple icon to a prompt like ‘Chat with Us Now!’  Look in your account under settings to make chat really inviting to your booth visitors.

Can I see the conversation history?
Yes, at any time, you can view the Conversation history with any and all students in the AdmitHub platform. Use the search tool to find a particular student, or use the "My Past Chats" to review conversations you were previously in.

How do I download contact information?
On the Contacts tool, click the large Download ### Contacts button in the top-right to download a CSV containing all student records.

Where can I go for more information?

What if my university signs up for multiple fairs? 
That is okay - you can still use the same platform. If you go to the
 Scripts tool, you can create different versions of the intro script, and then switch which one is active before each fair in the Webchat Settings.

What should I do with chat when I am not going to be in my virtual booth?
You have an ‘intro script’ which greets your booth visitors.  Create a script for both scenarios: when you are in your booth (we recommend ending that intro script by saying “how can we help you today?”) and when you are out of your booth (we recommend ending that intro script with “we are sorry we missed the chance to chat with you today, please click ‘contact us’ or ‘meet later’ on our booth to set up another time to connect”).  Once you have set up these two intro scripts, it’s easy to toggle between them, even if you have to step away just for a moment!

I am making changes to my webchat on the settings page but they are not displaying in the test the bot?
Make sure that you save your changes in the webchat setting page; You can do this by going into the top right corner and clicking the Save & Publish button. After you make your changes you can see them in the text the bot. You might have to reset the conversation (by clicking the curved arrow) to see the new script you selected.

I am not seeing a lot of traffic through my booth?
AdmitHub does not manage the booths or traffic to the fairs. We are simply the vendor for the live-chat functionality. For questions regarding your booth traffic and leads reach out to info@gotocollegefairs.com

Does the bot have any sound notifications?
AdmitHub currently does not have notifications; Note that new conversations will appear at the top of the list in the Conversations tool, and students who are active and online will show a green indicator circle. we are constantly working on features to enhance the user experience and our full product offers a variety of features to make conversing with contacts easier. My username is not appearing correctly in AdmitHub?
If your user name is not appearing in AdmitHub, it's likely we did not receive this in your registration details from Go To College Fairs. But the user name does not appear to students, so feel free to ignore this! 

Who do I contact for support if I have questions?
All questions regarding Fair logistics, Live Chat not showing up on the booth, Registration, Student Chat Volume, and inability to access Live Chat via AdmitHub can be directed to your Fair Administrator or Go To College Fairs support. 

For technical questions or issues with the Live Chat specifically, that cannot be answered by Go To College Fairs or are answered via the videos and FAQs on this page, please email AdmitHub at gotocollegefairs@admithub.com

My user name is incorrect in the AdmitHub platform, how can I change it?

If your user name is incorrect in the AdmitHub platform, do not worry. It likely meant that Go To College Fairs did not have it at the time of registration. The good news is that the username does not show up anywhere - students do not see it, nor do other users on the platform. Therefore, just ignore it.

I signed up for a Go to College Fair and have not received my AdmitHub Invitation Link?
You may not receive the chat invitation right away - don't worry!

GoToCollegeFairs and AdmitHub will send your email invitation to the chat account during your 'booth preview' days. Check with your fair organizer to get the dates for your booth preview days. Between now and your booth preview days, work with your IT department to whitelist the email domain Admithub.com to ensure the email invitation does not hit the spam or bounce off your firewall when it is sent.

If you are within your booth preview days and still have not received an email from AdmitHub and it is not in your spam folder and you have whitelisted admithub.com, then please try navigating to mascot.admithub.com and using the email you provided to register for the fair, click Forgot password which will take you through a flow to get access to the platform.
